HAROLD G. SADLER FAIA, FOUNDING CHAIRMAN As Chairman of the Board at Tucker Sadler Architects, Mr. Sadler has more than 50 years experience of leadership in architectural design. He has supervised the planning, programming, design, and design development for numerous civic, educational facilities, office buildings, retail, medical, residential, and recreational facilities. Many of these projects are San Diego landmarks, such as the regional headquarters building for Security Pacific National Bank and Bank of America in downtown San Diego. Educational facility designs have included the School of Business and School of Nursing at the University of San Diego, the Elmer Otto Education Center at the San Diego Zoo and the Master Plan and Medical & Clinical Teaching Facility for the University of California, San Diego. Mr. Sadler has also served as the Principal-in-Charge for the Services Building, Phase II at San Diego State University as well as Miramar College's new Instructional Center and Arts/Sciences Building. Deeply rooted in a number of professional and community organizations, Mr. Sadler is widely recognized in San Diego's professional and public community. Mr. Sadler was elected to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 1976, and in 1983 the California Council of the A.I.A. presented him their prestigious Public Service Award. The Rotary Club recently named Mr. Sadler, Mr. San Diego 2007. The California Council of the A.I.A. also awarded him the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007.

ARTURO M. CASTRO PRINCIPAL, COO Since joining Tucker Sadler Architects in 1977, Mr. Castro has served as project architect, project manager, and Principal-in-Charge on several of the firm’s major projects. As Principal and Chief Operating Officer, he possesses the solid background in institutional, biotechnical research, healthcare facilities, residential, commercial/ retail, civic and criminal justice facilities. Mr. Castro provides corporate commitment and accountability for projects, while ensuring the timely commitment of resources from Tucker Sadler and sub-consultants. With a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Mr. Castro has led the design management and construction administration of numerous unique projects in San Diego. These have included the San Diego Convention Center expansion, San Diego Main Library and the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Center for Chemical Sciences at Scripps Research Institute. Within the San Diego community, Mr. Castro is involved in a variety of organizations such as: past president of the Old Mission Rotary Club, board member for the Art Pratt Foundation of Old Mission Rotary, board member and president for House of Mexico, an active mentor for Reality Changers Program, a board member for House of Hospitality in Balboa Park, and chairman of the Facilities Committee Advisory Council Member for College of Architecture and Environmental Design at California Polytechnic State University. |

GREGORY A. MUELLER PRINCIPAL, CEO Mr. Mueller has engaged in planning and design efforts for over 20 years. As CEO of Tucker Sadler Architects, Mr. Mueller is responsible for the overall design direction and implementation of large-scale projects. In addition, Mr. Mueller is responsible for the design and construction administration phase ensuring the success of each project, from vision to reality. As a significant player in shaping the current San Diego skyline, Mr. Mueller is known for his cutting edge design and wealth of knowledge in the development arena. With a Bachelor of Science in Planning and Urban Design from the College of Architecture and Environmental Design at Arizona State University, he has extensive experience in master planning, urban planning, development, programming and design of a variety of projects within the public and private sector. Committed to the San Diego community, Mr. Mueller helps to further Tucker Sadler’s reputation as an architectural leader with his involvement in numerous organizations including: American Planning Association, Urban Land Institute, San Diego Downtown Partnership, San Diego Symphony Advisory Board, and International Council of Shopping Centers. |

ROBERT H. MELLOTT CFO Robert H. Mellott, brings over 35 years experience in architecture, financial management, project management, operations management and managing business organizations. As CFO for TUCKER SADLER, Mr. Mellott is responsible for managing the overall finance and operations of the firm. In addition, he manages corporate affairs, human resources, personnel development and accounting. Mr. Mellott’s leadership, finance, and operations experience range from division management to branch office start-up. His architectural experience includes managing large project developments and management of professional services for complex facilities for corporate and government clients. Mr. Mellott is a registered architect in California and 35 other states. |
