	MOMENTUM HOTEL Phoenix, Arizona Located in downtown Phoenix, this project is being completed in tandem with and attached to what will be the tallest residential building in the state of Arizona. Ground floor retail shops and cafes will add to the sense of arrival at this prime hotel location. Amenities will include a spa and fitness club on the 18th floor of the attached new high-rise, as well as a premier rooftop bar, lounge and pool deck. Previously known as the "Monroe Sisters," both individually and as a whole, this project will be a new standard of excellence.

	COOPER TOWER Colorado Springs, Colorado Set to be downtown Colorado Springs’ tallest building, Cooper Tower will sit immediately south of City Hall. The 22-story building will consist of 253 hotel rooms, 70 condominiums, a parking garage, and retail and office space within 583,069 total SF. This building, inspired by local aspens, will become a signature structure and help revitalize the downtown area.

	DANA INN EXPANSION San Diego, California This project involves the expansion of an existing group of wood frame structures located along the Mission Bay area. The new work contains the addition of two three-story guestroom buildings accommodating a total of 74 new suites and rooms. Some of the amenities included in the new expansion work are a ballroom, conference center, an interior-exterior pre-function area, new lounge-bar, pool with spa and back of the house supporting areas. Complementing the guestroom buildings are a new lobby and reception area, offices and two new parking lots providing the necessary logistical support of the new facility.

	SAN DIEGO HILTON BEACH AND TENNIS RESORT Mission Beach, California Hilton Hotels Corporation retained Tucker Sadler Architects for the 287,000 SF interior and exterior renovation of the San Diego Hilton Beach and Tennis Resort located on Mission Bay. The existing Polynesian-style buildings were transformed into an exclusive Mediterranean villa design theme.

	EMBASSY SUITES San Diego, California This 13-story, 337-guest suite hotel sits on a prominent site of Downtown San Diego, only blocks from the bay and new Convention Center. The eleven floors housing the suites surround a massive sky-lit atrium which contains pool, lush gardens, restaurant and bar. The 300,000 SF complex includes a ballroom, meeting spaces and exercise rooms, as well as parking for 240 automobiles.

	U.S. GRANT HOTEL RENOVATION San Diego, California The renovation of the 450,000 SF hotel in Downtown San Diego involved blending the function of modern amenities into this historic landmark. Air conditioning, fire protection, and adequate plumbing were added to make the U.S. Grant into a turn-of-the-century hotel while restoring the hotel to its original 1910 design.

	HILTON EMBARCADERO HOTEL San Diego, California Encompassing 1,500 rooms, five restaurants, expansive ballroom facilities, night clubs, tennis courts and pools, this 18-story, 1 million SF design proposal sits gently on San Diego Bay providing a dynamic backdrop for many waterfront activities. The project retains major view corridors from the downtown district of San Diego to the bay, as well as providing bay views for all guestrooms in the hotel. Sitting at its waterside base is a 700-slip marina and associated boating facilities.
